February 2007 LifeWave Leadership Award Winners

LifeWave is pleased to announce the winner of the February 2007 LifeWave Leadership Award as Manager Roy Surjono from West Covina, CA USA.

Roy first joined LifeWave in 2004 when the company was first getting started however he did not seek to actively pursue the business opportunity at that time, choosing instead to take advantage of the wonderful benefits he was experiencing with LifeWave patches.

Then, this past August (2006) Roy tried for the first time our LifeWave Nanotechnology Skin Care System featuring our revolutionary Glutathione patch. Roy’s family and friends began to comment that his skin looked remarkable and it was very obvious that he

was seeing a transformation in his appearance that he has described as 'youthful and more vibrant'.

But perhaps the most important revelation into the true power of LifeWave Technology came when Roy’s mother utilized IceWave to help her with some back and shoulder pain that she had experienced through aging. Roy’s mom was so distressed with pain that she could not even put her arm behind her back. But within a few minutes of applying IceWave, the pain was dramatically reduced, and 30 minutes later she was able to put her arm behind her back for the first time in 9 months!

Since August of 2006, Roy has decided to bring the gift of LifeWave to everyone he comes in contact with. Roy has committed full time to LifeWave and his results have been nothing short of extraordinary. During the last few months Roy has personally sponsored over 40 people into his organization with an equal number of customers that he has introduced through our sample program.

Roy is the true definition of the word 'Leader'. With his partner Chuck Michel, Roy has sought for nothing short of excellence and his tremendous efforts have not gone unnoticed.
What has Roy done to rocket himself into position to be one of LifeWave’s top money earners and leaders?

- Roy consistently makes weekly trips to the LifeWave La Jolla, CA office to hold distributor meetings

- A regimented routine of making daily presentations to new prospects.

- Daily conference calls with new prospects

- Daily conference calls with his organization

- Utilizes the '3 foot rule' and discusses LifeWave with everyone he meets

- Understands the concept that the best way to share LifeWave is by talking about his own experience with the products

- Uses the support of his sponsor, organization and company to make faster gains in organizational development

- Sponsors and conducts large Saturday training sessions every few weeks to keep his team on track and bring new people into the business

- And most importantly, never forgets to recognize the hard work and effort of his team members that contribute to everyone’s success.

As a case in point, the picture above was taken on Sunday, February 11th, 2006 in Las Vegas. Roy had heard through the grape vine that Dr. Steve Haltiwanger and David Schmidt would be in Las Vegas making a presentation. Roy had a group building in Vegas as well as some new prospects there, so he called the corporate offices and asked David Schmidt if he could schedule a meeting with his team for that weekend.

After receiving the OK, Roy got his group together in Los Angeles, packed them into a Van and proceeded to drive over 4 hours through the desert to make an 11:00 pm meeting in Las Vegas with David and Dr. Steve. When the meeting ended after midnight, Roy then went on to make presentations on LifeWave at several locations around town finishing off the night at 3:00am. The very next morning, Roy organized his team and new recruits again and met for an all-day LifeWave event that went from 10:00am to after 3:00pm. David and Dr. Steve were again on hand to support his efforts.
